Excellent Customer Service. Placed our order on-line, received a confirmation same day, next day received notice product was preparing for shipment, same day later in afternoon received notice the toner had shipped, 3 days later the toner delivered - no charge for shipping. Just a quick and simple way to buy toner and I didn't have to leave my house driving all around town looking for best price. This is my 2nd order and I will continue to purchase from TLC going forward.
