Truly a very satisfying buying experience. Almost effortless and I didn't have to even leave my house. Went on-line, found my "original OEM" toner not a disappointing refill and made the purchase using my CC. I'd guess all in less than 5 minutes. I kept receiving status email updates including in-transit info and 5 days later my toner arrived at my front door delivered by FedEx. I didn't need it immediately so the 5 day wait was definitely not a problem an inconvenience.
