I had never ordered from TLC before, but my local supplier did not have the toner I needed. I ordered based on their positive reviews (I checked other online vendors and found reviews that worried me, so I avoided them). I am very pleased with TLC - extremely fast shipping with a competitive product price - I have no complaints. I will order from TLC again.
