I had placed an order for Genuine Samsung Toner Cartridges as displayed on the TLC website and instead I was sent HP brand replacements for Samsung cartridges. I messaged TLC about this and was quickly contacted by someone. I explained what I received and how I was able to order HP replacement cartridges from Amazon cheaper than I could from TLC, but how I preferred to have the Genuine Samsung product as displayed on the TLC website. I sent pictures fo everything to TLC after our conversation, yet nobody from TLC ever responed to me after that.
