Toshiba copier blind-sided us with "almost out of black toner" message just before tax season is about to kick into high gear. Searched the web for the best price, checked inventory via chat, and the next day, we have 2 original cartridges (not re-manufactured). Great price, excellent service, and everything happened exactly as we were told it would. We will definitely be back.
