Gave 5-star rating despite TLC rep "questioning" my ordering the E20 vice the E40 cartridge which resulted in a delivery delay. While there's something to be said for caring that the right item has been ordered, one shouldn't assume that the customer is ignorant when ordering especially when both cartridges are compatible with the PC920 copier. I ordered the lower-yield cartridge because my copy production is best suited for that cartridge. It's fortunate that I wasn't in a hurry to get the cartridge or I would have rated lower for misguided service. Once the item was shipped by TLC it did arrive earlier than promised. So far the cartridge works as expected; remains to be seen if output approximates 2,000 copies.
