Worst experience ever…..I visited this salon to get highlights, which I have done multiple time at Grand Hyatt branch. Upon meeting with hairstylist called Hasan, I explained the color treatment I wanted. After performing a patch test, he proceeded with the highlights. Unfortunately, when the foils were removed, I was shocked to find that my hair was severely damaged and burned. The texture was compromised, and the color did not match my expectations. I attempted to communicate my concerns to Hasan, but he was dismissive, and his manager was unsupportive, ignoring my complaints entirely. This treatment has caused significant damage to my hair, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer care. Don’t recommend to go there at all …be careful
