“Ordered products online and they sent faulty products. When I complained they initially refused to do anything, but in the end said they would send a replacement product. When I received the replacement, it was an inferior product not the one I ordered. I would never order from Toni & Guy again, they do not look after their customer when things go wrong, and that says a lot about what they are like as a company”

I had a “wash and blow-dry” reservation scheduled for 14:00. Partway through the service, the salon experienced a power outage, and I was informed that the facility had no backup generator in place. Andy, the stylist attending to me, offered to accompany me to a nearby salon in order to complete the service he had begun. However, he was instructed by his manager not to do so. I would like to formally note that Andy’s conduct throughout this situation was highly professional, and his willingness to ensure my service was properly completed reflects well on him personally, despite being prevented from following through.
As a direct consequence of the outage, I was required to leave the salon with my hair only partially dried and to walk to an alternative salon in 40°C heat. During this time, the portion of my hair that had already been dried became wet again due to perspiration. At our request, the manager of Toni&Guy contacted the alternative salon to arrange for the service to be completed. However, upon arrival, the alternative salon only dried my hair, without any styling, and charged a separate fee for this limited service.
As a result, I was charged twice for what should have been a single, complete service — once by Toni&Guy for a service that was not fulfilled, and again by the alternative salon for a partial service rendered under inconvenient and uncomfortable circumstances. Given that Toni&Guy was unable to deliver the service I had booked and paid for, I would like to formally request a full refund of the amount charged for the original appointment.

“Multan branch. Hidden charges and unprofessional behavior.Stylist Usman Bhutta pushed me to get my beard done during a haircut. I only agreed to a quick edging, but he never disclosed that he would charge full price for it. He did a half-hearted, incomplete job and slapped a full beard service charge on my bill at checkout without warning. Completely deceptive pricing and terrible customer ethics. Avoid this stylist.”
“Toni&Guy Robinsons Magnolia is terrible! Booked my appointment a day before and wrote down details on their notepad but on the day of my appointment, the receptionist could not find it.
Then they got my service wrong. I only came for a scalp massage but the senior hair stylist went to my area thinking I was getting a haircut. (No internal alignment within the team)
The actual person doing the scalp massage was mediocre.
Too overpriced for such poor service.”
“Was very un satisfied ,I had visited with my son for his hair cut , so casually i thought of getting an D-Tan for Face and neck which was around 1500+ gst something , the person who did for me was not at all upto the Mark as it was for face and next she did for face and neck was not completely covered it was just in front and basic massage also was not done. And pls train ur staff for do the service which is billed . Usually I don't give any negative feedback back , the regular normal parlour staff are far far better . Bagalur cross”

“Extremely overpriced and poor service. They're not transparent about their prices upfront, if I knew it would be that expensive, I would certainly chosen another salon. I was charged almost 300 euros for a simple haircut and some highlights. The haircut wasn't very nicely done, with curls were uneven and the hair still looked pretty flat after the blow dry. I used to pay less than 100 euros for the same thing in another salon and my hair would still look nicer than this.”
“I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent hair color appointment.
I requested Wella Zero Ammonia in dark natural brown; however, during the application, my eyes began to burn. This leads me to believe that the correct product may not have been used.
Furthermore, I found the staff to be unskilled. Hair color was smeared onto my skin during the process. Although I pointed this out to the stylist, I was told it would be removed later, but the final result was unacceptable.
Due to this experience, I will not be returning to your salon and cannot recommend your services to others.”
