“I had a very bad experience at Tony and guy bukhari I booked the appointment for 3:00pm and it’s been more than hour I’m still waiting for the service. I’m a regular client here but never experience this treatment before they have changed their reception staff and these people don’t know how to manage client before them staff Ahmad and amna were providing the same services but they were aware how to manage. I’m not satisfied this time as the behavior shows they don’t value customers and their time. Very disappointed!”

“Extremely overpriced and poor service. They're not transparent about their prices upfront, if I knew it would be that expensive, I would certainly chosen another salon. I was charged almost 300 euros for a simple haircut and some highlights. The haircut wasn't very nicely done, with curls were uneven and the hair still looked pretty flat after the blow dry. I used to pay less than 100 euros for the same thing in another salon and my hair would still look nicer than this.”

“I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent hair color appointment. I requested Wella Zero Ammonia in dark natural brown; however, during the application, my eyes began to burn. This leads me to believe that the correct product may not have been used. Furthermore, I found the staff to be unskilled. Hair color was smeared onto my skin during the process. Although I pointed this out to the stylist, I was told it would be removed later, but the final result was unacceptable. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to your salon and cannot recommend your services to others.”

“I would give them less than 1 star if I could. I visited the Croydon Salon of Toni & Guy and saw Lauren apparently she is a Senior Stylist but you would not know it by the way that she has cut my hair. I had long beautiful hair below my waist and she hacked away at it even though I made it very clear during the consultation that I wanted to keep the length and the longest layer to my waist. When I complained to Toni & Guy by email they refused to help me and did not give me a refund or anY vouchers which is totally unfair. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS AWFUL AND OVERPRICED SALON. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER GOOD AND CHEAPER HAIR SALONS. I DO NOT WANT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME TO HAPPEN TO YOU.”

“Went to toni and guy in vr mall, Whitefield for crown touchup. Within 10 days the color vanished and hair looks so frizzy and front part of hair was never covered. The design color dresser did a very worst job and ahe was rude while doing the service alao”

“Although I had booked for services, I had to wait 45 minutes for my services. Very unprofessional, not going there again! No respect for customer service, with the staff telling me go and do shopping,that so frustrating when I came for service at Toni & Guy, why should I go for shopping. Disappointed with the service.”

“Such Worst They just want money Front office person will ask if you want 650 Rs person or 1060 Rs person, if we ask is the person experience and would understand our face and head and do a hair cut as per it immediately the front office says then you can take 1060 Rs person. Then I Too the 1060 Person to cut my hair he was very lethargic uninterested in cutting and atleast as I feared they F...up majorly what I said is different what did is straight opposite . Further they are pushing customer to put this color that color if we say we don't need now then they will immediately hair cutting very Lethargically. So people be aware ,my Advise to owner is please make the rules on the rates for Hair Cut very strictly and recruit good Hairdressers .keep the house in order no care in your Saloon very worst”

“This reply is misleading and shifts responsibility away from the service provided. I purchased the recommended after-care products from the official brand’s website, not from an unauthorised source. Claiming that online purchase alone can completely reverse Nanoplastia results within 10–15 days is factually incorrect and not supported by professional hair-care standards. Under consumer protection laws, the responsibility for service quality lies with the service provider. After-care cannot be used as a blanket excuse to justify an ineffective treatment. ₹10,000 was paid for a professional service, and the results did not match what was promised. My review reflects my genuine experience and is shared to protect other consumers.”

“I had the worst experience of my life I requested them to do nanoplastia and the staff said they have something called botoliss they said it’s special treatment in tony and guy I specifically asked them it’s not Botox and they confirmed it they are a big firm m sure they have good audio and video camera set they fooled me did Botox charged more than nanoplastia it’s disgusting have tried chat support no response it is disrespectful and terrible reach out to me if u really care about the brand or I am going to do what I possibly can”

“Extremely unprofessional experience at Toni & Guy, 1 Sobha Mall, Church Street, Bangalore. They have a misleading board outside stating ‘Global + Highlights for ₹4,999.’ I was skeptical, so I went inside to confirm, only to be told that the cost depends on hair length and would actually be around ₹7–8k without bleach. Still, I booked an appointment and even left work early. They asked me to come at 7 pm, and when I said I could only make it by 7:30, they agreed. But on arrival, no one was available. I waited for nearly 30 minutes, and when I asked again, they said they would do it after a patch test. After all that waiting, I was told the price would be ₹14k + GST — far beyond the ₹4,999 advertised. When I questioned this, they claimed the offer was only for shoulder-length hair (mine is around an inch below) and then brushed it off by saying the board was ‘put up by mistake.’ This was a complete waste of time and energy. Highly unprofessional and misleading. I strongly advise against trusting this outlet, especially the Church Street branch.”

“I went to Tony &guy phase 6 DHA Lahore branch . It is my birthday today . Shahzaib is the style director there , I have been taking my hair services from him From over a year now . I had an awful experience with him, after application of colour on my hair he disappeared and handed over the wash and emulsify thing to a young girl . End result was that my hair colour and texture got spoiled. He never bothered to justify and was extremely rude and instead of the fact that I booked an appointment with him he focused on the clients who give him tips . I paid for the services which is always a generous amount. This guy should be checking otherwise it will destroy the business of your salon”

“I went to Toni & Guy in Canary Wharf with three friends before a wedding, and I left extremely disappointed. At first, things seemed fine we were welcomed, had quick shampoos, and were even offered a massage. But when it came to the blow-dry, I asked for wavy, curly hair. The stylist showed me two options, and I chose the curlier one. Instead of giving me the style I wanted, she straightened my hair first, pulling so hard it was actually painful. The worst part was that within just one hour of leaving the salon, my hair was completely straight again and the same happened to all of my friends. We had each paid £60, expecting a professional blow-dry that would last, especially for such an important occasion. It was a complete letdown and absolutely not worth the money.”

“I went for a Botox treatment and clearly asked to have my hair trimmed only to waist length. Unfortunately, it was cut much shorter, over 10 cm was taken off. The straightening process also felt very rough and uncomfortable. A week earlier, I had come in for an eyebrow trimming. At that time, I was told the cost would be 8.4k, but on my next visit, I was charged 12k, with the explanation that the offer had ended. It was surprising that the price changed within just a few days.”

“Pathetic experience at DHA branch. I had a much better experience at Gulberg branch. They did consultation for hair dye and booked an appointment 2 days later. When I went on that day, they told me that the dye wasn’t available. The stylist left while cutting my hair.”
