I went for a Botox treatment and clearly asked to have my hair trimmed only to waist length. Unfortunately, it was cut much shorter, over 10 cm was taken off. The straightening process also felt very rough and uncomfortable.
A week earlier, I had come in for an eyebrow trimming. At that time, I was told the cost would be 8.4k, but on my next visit, I was charged 12k, with the explanation that the offer had ended. It was surprising that the price changed within just a few days.
