I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received today at your flagship branch. The nail technician assigned to me was clearly untrained, she damaged my cuticles to the point of bleeding, mishandled the entire acrylic refill process, and took over 3 hours. Despite asking her to stop, she continued and applied a gel top coat incorrectly, worsening the damage. When I raised the issue with your manager, Ravi, I was met with complete indifference. There was no apology or accountability only a demand for payment. I left the salon with swollen, painful fingers and no resolution. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt response on how you plan to address this.
