Attended the salon at Colchester . Terrible experience . They have no idea about highlighting Indian hair type . Also had treatment for dry hair which was washed out by toner applied subsequently . Took 4.5 hours and a cup of coffee. Returned £204 short and dry miserable looking hair . Never again .
I asked what the colour and highlights would look like beforehand and the picture I was shown is nothing like what I’ve come back with . They don’t even wash out the shampoo properly . Very disappointed .
