I went to Toni & Guy in Canary Wharf with three friends before a wedding, and I left extremely disappointed. At first, things seemed fine we were welcomed, had quick shampoos, and were even offered a massage. But when it came to the blow-dry, I asked for wavy, curly hair. The stylist showed me two options, and I chose the curlier one. Instead of giving me the style I wanted, she straightened my hair first, pulling so hard it was actually painful. The worst part was that within just one hour of leaving the salon, my hair was completely straight again and the same happened to all of my friends. We had each paid £60, expecting a professional blow-dry that would last, especially for such an important occasion. It was a complete letdown and absolutely not worth the money.
