We purchased a makita Lawnmower 7 months ago with 12 months warranty . One of the wheels fell off yesterday. While cutting the lawn I contacted Toolden who told me to email makita. Makita emailed saying it was under warranty . Makita have said a courier will be coming out to collect it tomorrow but it will need boxing up . With had it 7 months so don’t have the box .
