“Avoid at all costs … absolutely no customer support at all and the staff are dam right rude ! Don’t return calls . They or the courier (which I don’t think it ever made it to them ) have lost my item which isn’t exactly small it’s a mig welder !!! But yet won’t refund until the courier sends it back …..but no one has it so how that going to work !! . Just avoid as any issues that u need sorting will get ignored”

“Toolden has provided one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an online retailer. First, they completely botched my order, delivering it to the wrong address. Not only was the parcel lost due to their incompetence, but after multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they have now refused to take any responsibility for their mistake. This lack of accountability is absolutely unacceptable for any business, let alone one that relies on customer trust for its operations. I am now left with no choice but to pursue legal action against them for their failure to meet their obligations.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Toolden is legally obligated to deliver goods as per the agreed contract. When you purchase an item, the seller is required to ensure that it is delivered to the correct address and in satisfactory condition. The fact that they lost the parcel and are refusing to resolve it is a breach of contract. In this situation, I am fully entitled to either a replacement or a refund.
Additionally, according to Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act, the retailer bears the responsibility for goods until they are delivered to the correct customer. This means that Toolden is in clear violation of the law by neglecting their responsibility once the goods were sent out and subsequently lost. Their failure to resolve this issue voluntarily opens the door to legal recourse. I would urge anyone thinking of using Toolden to reconsider—this company does not honor its obligations, and when they make a mistake, they refuse to fix it.”
“No after sales customer service! Faulty machine was finally picked up (new, never worked properly). Wrong paperwork with it. Now waiting for ages as (again) wrong paperwork with it and won't be delivered back to me. All just lame excuses but no real help or action is taken. Refund is refused, request to speak to supervisor is refused. All very, very poor. Better buy elsewhere, honestly!”

“one of the worst online buying experiences ever. placed an order on 7th of Feb, did not get my items therefore i called on 9th (friday), assistant advised the goods will be delivered on 12th (monday), i called back again today 14th (wednesday) just to be told that the good will be despatched tomorrow in order to be delivered on friday 16th..imagine this poor service. if i did not call today, i would have waited another month. A disgrace. More that that they are not updating customers with any tracking information, in fact what tracking should i expect from such a horrible seller/company?”
