Placed an order, took 6 days to be delivered, order came wrong and damaged. Sourced the items from else where due to needed them the next day and informed toolden, returned items to have them re dispatched out to me while all i wanted was a refund, finally they got the items back to be told i hadnt returned the original items, terrible customer service, delivery time is a joke and all this ordeal has been going on for a month. Still waiting for the refund

Really overpriced and ridiculous Service. Ordered an item that was not fit for purpose, I took a while to return the item as they require a printed sheet to be included and I was busy, they warned me that the item has to be with them by thrity days no leeway. Basically typical rip-offf artists, don't waste your time on spurious tools that are overpriced with unreasonable customer service.

Toolden has provided one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an online retailer. First, they completely botched my order, delivering it to the wrong address. Not only was the parcel lost due to their incompetence, but after multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they have now refused to take any responsibility for their mistake. This lack of accountability is absolutely unacceptable for any business, let alone one that relies on customer trust for its operations. I am now left with no choice but to pursue legal action against them for their failure to meet their obligations. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Toolden is legally obligated to deliver goods as per the agreed contract. When you purchase an item, the seller is required to ensure that it is delivered to the correct address and in satisfactory condition. The fact that they lost the parcel and are refusing to resolve it is a breach of contract. In this situation, I am fully entitled to either a replacement or a refund. Additionally, according to Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act, the retailer bears the responsibility for goods until they are delivered to the correct customer. This means that Toolden is in clear violation of the law by neglecting their responsibility once the goods were sent out and subsequently lost. Their failure to resolve this issue voluntarily opens the door to legal recourse. You can read more about consumer rights on delivery from reputable sources such as Citizens Advice, Which?, or GOV.UK. I would urge anyone thinking of using Toolden to reconsider—this company does not honor its obligations, and when they make a mistake, they refuse to fix it.

No after sales customer service! Faulty machine was finally picked up (new, never worked properly). Wrong paperwork with it. Now waiting for ages as (again) wrong paperwork with it and won't be delivered back to me. All just lame excuses but no real help or action is taken. Refund is refused, request to speak to supervisor is refused. All very, very poor. Better buy elsewhere, honestly!

Absolute hassle so far ! And I still haven't received my item. I rushed my order from "TooldenIE" thinking it to be Irish based. And now I've just paid DPD a handling charge for customs clearance on top of the customs and the original delivery cost of €17.. buyer beware

I do a a order few weeks ago,order it's coming damage cracks and deep scratches, I didn't have time to open it in uk because was short time,I opened abroad,and need to start my job and not possible to work with tool,lady on the phone,tell me if bring the tool abroad it's not possible to return the tool to repair or replace it,cost me 416 £ plus 80£ curier,the tool it's clear wasn't damage on transport,worst experience in my life,they like to sale a damage products,what a shame!!plus they tell me to bring the tool back and now they will not take back

Be extremely careful with Toolden. Apparently a lot of falsified positive reviews. My experience was an absolute disaster from A to Z. Advertising locally but shipping and ordering from abroad to name just a few. Avoid this scam. This is a sincere and genuine review from someone who just learnt a hard lesson.

one of the worst online buying experiences ever. placed an order on 7th of Feb, did not get my items therefore i called on 9th (friday), assistant advised the goods will be delivered on 12th (monday), i called back again today 14th (wednesday) just to be told that the good will be despatched tomorrow in order to be delivered on friday 16th..imagine this poor service. if i did not call today, i would have waited another month. A disgrace. More that that they are not updating customers with any tracking information, in fact what tracking should i expect from such a horrible seller/company?

If you don’t want to waste your time waiting for orders that don’t arrive within the allocated time slot and arrive damaged then I highly recommend you purchase elsewhere

Failed to deliver items, people that buy tools tend to have a job on site, therefore delivery failed multiple times as there’s no options to deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place or deliver on weekend or even deliver after 5pm. Even after I paid for vip Saturday delivery still didn’t turn up, cancelled my order of around £350 which I placed over 2 weeks ago, and not likely to see my refund for another 2 weeks. Terrible company awful customer service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We purchased a makita Lawnmower 7 months ago with 12 months warranty . One of the wheels fell off yesterday. While cutting the lawn I contacted Toolden who told me to email makita. Makita emailed saying it was under warranty . Makita have said a courier will be coming out to collect it tomorrow but it will need boxing up . With had it 7 months so don’t have the box . I rang toolden customer survive who told me to go to a local A shop and ask for a car board Box . Not happy at all and won’t be using again . Be careful people when purchasing off toolden ltd

I am utterly disgusted with this company. Their customer service was fine, Until I needed to return an item bought online. They have been an utter nightmare to deal with and seem to have no concept of customer care, repeat business or customer reviews. Any decent company would just let me return the item for a full refund, ESPECIALLY as I sent a screenshot proving it was incorrectly described! I've spent hours trying to get someone to help and have now had to involve the bank. After my experience I'd NEVER use them again nor could I recommend them to anyone else

Purchased a Nail gun which stopped working, it’s now been almost a month and I’ve not had a refund or a replacement, one of the most useless companies and poor customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve also constantly had to chase, not once have I been updated. Avoid this terrible company

Missing two power tools even though it was a bundle buy Also missing drill bits till 1 month later Received my missing tools 1 week after receiving first lot so had to postpone jobs because I didn’t have the tools to do it Embarrassing really Only finally got a response after emailing admin and to be fair admin were good but still shouldn’t have to do that
