Failed to deliver items, people that buy tools tend to have a job on site, therefore delivery failed multiple times as there’s no options to deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place or deliver on weekend or even deliver after 5pm.
Even after I paid for vip Saturday delivery still didn’t turn up, cancelled my order of around £350 which I placed over 2 weeks ago, and not likely to see my refund for another 2 weeks.
Terrible company awful customer service
