Refuses refund, delivery or even arrangement of item that I desperately needed (and paid extra, and lost a days work to ensure I’d get).
So now, no money to find alternative, no product I’ve already paid for, and no job in the morning because of it. And what I get on the phone is ‘well they said they tried’. Nice. Real nice.
