“First time customer. Really disappointed after being let down. Firstly I order an item that should have had 24h delivery after 2 days without hearing anything I contacted them, was told they'd investigate for me. Contacted them again to get old it was out of stock (why I wasn't made aware when I purchased?) but it was now back in stock and would be dispatched immediately (on the Saturday) or Monday. On Tuesday after hearing nothing again I contacted again them to be told it was in stock but warehouse hadn't dispatched it yet and they would arrange it to be immediately sent out as a priority order. Got a final email the next day it's out of stock and given a refund!?!
There free gift from the manufacturers, the reason I purchased it, if I ordered before a certain date that's now passed because they messed me around so I can't redeem it.

“Found Tools4trade through a Google search for a particular tool. Requested delivery information before making purchase. Was happy with info supplied and went ahead with purchase. 2 weeks later still not contact or sign of the item. So I gave them a quick call. They could not seem to find the order they then decided to try and charge me 10 times the already paid delivery charge. The website said the delivery charge was £15 and also customer service confirmed it. But all of a sudden they said delivery charge is £150. They are an absolute disgraceful company. The management and customer service team are unprofessional and uneducated. All they did was offer me a refund after holding my £584 for 2 weeks while I waited for the items to arrive. There is a great choice of power tool companies out there. Avoid this one by all means.”
