All to find a sticker on the machine that states do not run for longer than 20 mins! No response to my ticket raised now in dispute through paypal. Will not be buying any more tools from here. “Found Tools4trade through a Google search for a particular tool. Requested delivery information before making purchase. Was happy with info supplied and went ahead with purchase. 2 weeks later still not contact or sign of the item. So I gave them a quick call. They could not seem to find the order they then decided to try and charge me 10 times the already paid delivery charge. The website said the delivery charge was £15 and also customer service confirmed it. But all of a sudden they said delivery charge is £150. They are an absolute disgraceful company. The management and customer service team are unprofessional and uneducated. All they did was offer me a refund after holding my £584 for 2 weeks while I waited for the items to arrive. There is a great choice of power tool companies out there. Avoid this one by all means.”
