“I ordered an Excel mitre saw, which arrived completely damaged. It was obvious from the state of the packaging and the unit that Tools4Trade had stored it incorrectly, stacking way too much weight on top of it until it was crushed. Given how heavy this unit is, dealing with this has been a major inconvenience and a massive frustration. The customer service is an absolute joke. An agent named "Abhi" responded to me with a generic "Dear Customer" completely ignoring the fact that they already had my name. The email was just a copy-and-paste template requesting details that I had already provided in my initial message. When I sent further details, I was met with yet another templated response. I asked exactly when a replacement would be sent and was given an incredibly ambiguous "asap". When I pushed for actual clarification, Abhi just sent the exact same template again, seemingly too lazy to elaborate or offer any real help. Finally, I asked for the details to raise a formal complaint. Abhi told me to "email the below address", which was literally the exact same support address I had already been emailing. I sent the complaint anyway, and it has been completely ignored. Even a low-level AI could do a better job helping customers than this. Abhi is adding absolutely zero value to Tools4Trade and should be replaced. Avoid this company.
I am a more than reasonable person and should someone from Tools4Trade would like to make amends, I would be glad to engage with them.”
“I have used tools4trade a few times now and have been happy with both the service, and the prices, items have arrived within the time stated, and well packaged, the products have been exactly what I asked for and in new condition.
Will use again.”
“Absolutely shocking customer service. DONT USE THEM AT ANY COST. The Makita router broke within 5 uses. They refused to accept that they had to repair or replace and that we had to send it to Makita. They ignored every email after that. The only contact we had was after we gave them a poor review. The contact was then through their media person who .......redirected us to tools 4 trade.
The only advice I can give is, if you purchase from them then pray nothing goes wrong. They will not repair or replace or abide by the consumer act”
“Huge thanks to Michael and drew for being such a genuine source of support during a tough time. I didn’t just need answers—I needed reassurance, and they gave me both. Every step of the process was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. They took time to really understand my situation and never made me feel rushed or judged. You can tell they truly love what they do and care about people. I’m so grateful for their patience, professionalism, and heart.”
“I purchased a tower Fan from Tools4trade and it started making clicking noises after the 30 day period, they wanted proof so i sent a video then they said its the uneven floor so i sent another video of it clicking on a hard floor, they then asked me to cut the wire off and they said I would be refunded which they have never done I do think this company is a gang of cowboys not to be trusted I’m £42.99 out of pocket.”
“As a senior, I don’t always fully understand how internet scams work, but c o n q u a e r o . c o made me feel completely at ease. They stayed in regular contact, explained everything clearly, and never rushed me. They walked me through each step of the process and even helped with basic tasks like recovering my email. It’s rare these days to find a company that treats senior citizens with such patience and respect. I truly appreciate their honesty and support.”
“The experience taught me a valuable lesson on the crucial necessity of conducting comprehensive research on a company before utilizing their services. I was genuinely thankful for ROCKPILEL, as they not only acknowledged my complaint with sincerity but also acted promptly to assist me in recovering my funds. Their quick and compassionate response not only alleviated my worries but also highlighted their unwavering commitment to guaranteeing customer contentment.”
“I have recently purchased item which promised a free gift which didn’t arrive.
When contact tools4trade they refused to Acknowledge the promotion.
In short this company can not be trusted to uphold there promotions”
“Do not expect any help if you have a problem with an item you have purchased. I purchased a brushless Makita saw from Tools4trade,unfortunately it malfunctioned after a very short amount of time for a brushless Makita product. Tools4trade directed me to Makita, despite my contract being with Tools4Trade and have since ignored all of my emails.
This has forced me to proceed with Court Action against Tools4Trade as they do not seem to have an understanding or any duty of care for their customers rights under the Consumer Rights Act (2015). This route of action has cost me an additional £30 and for Tools4Trade to defend will cost a lot more than helping with the issues I have with the saw I purchased from them.
TO BE AVOIDED JUST IN CASE YOU HAVE A PROBLEM - THEY WILL NOT WANT TO KNOW.”
“The dishonesty of this business knows no bounds. Everything they present is a well-constructed lie designed to strip you of your assets. Their approach is deceptively polite and persuasive, convincing people like me to invest. I fell for it and invest, only to discover too late that they were scammers. When I sought answers, they blocked all communication. I’m incredibly grateful to A I X A L T D . C O M for their relentless assistance, which helped me navigate the difficult process of reclaiming my money.”
“First time customer. Really disappointed after being let down. Firstly I order an item that should have had 24h delivery after 2 days without hearing anything I contacted them, was told they'd investigate for me. Contacted them again to get old it was out of stock (why I wasn't made aware when I purchased?) but it was now back in stock and would be dispatched immediately (on the Saturday) or Monday. On Tuesday after hearing nothing again I contacted again them to be told it was in stock but warehouse hadn't dispatched it yet and they would arrange it to be immediately sent out as a priority order. Got a final email the next day it's out of stock and given a refund!?!
There free gift from the manufacturers, the reason I purchased it, if I ordered before a certain date that's now passed because they messed me around so I can't redeem it.
Shocking and poor service”
“I invested a total of £65,000 with this company. Initially, I made a deposit of £15,000, and then proceeded to invest an additional £20,000. I started to see profits, but later discovered that it was all a scam. When I tried to make a withdrawal, I was told to set a target of £50,000, which seemed reasonable to me. I made another deposit of £15,000 to reach that target, but when I requested a withdrawal, it was denied. I was then asked to pay a certain amount in order to access my funds. Reluctantly, I paid £15,000, bringing my total investment to £65,000. Feeling frustrated and desperate to recover my money, I came across a complaint online where someone mentioned that TheresachinRecoveryGroup had helped them retrieve their funds, along with profits.I decided to give them a chance, and I must say, their consultation services are top-notch. They guided me through every step of my case, ensuring I was informed and involved throughout the process. Thanks to their expertise, you can reach them through email: t h e r e s a c h i n 1 2 1 2 (at) g m a i l . c o m

“Bought an item on the Internet and then it started - marketing emails every couple of days, tried unsubscribing 4 times now but they kept coming so I've had to block them now - ridiculous.”
“Refuses refund, delivery or even arrangement of item that I desperately needed (and paid extra, and lost a days work to ensure I’d get).
So now, no money to find alternative, no product I’ve already paid for, and no job in the morning because of it. And what I get on the phone is ‘well they said they tried’. Nice. Real nice.
Give your money to people that care about their customer experience.”
