I purchased a tower Fan from Tools4trade and it started making clicking noises after the 30 day period, they wanted proof so i sent a video then they said its the uneven floor so i sent another video of it clicking on a hard floor, they then asked me to cut the wire off and they said I would be refunded which they have never done I do think this company is a gang of cowboys not to be trusted I’m £42.99 out of pocket.
