These people are scammers - do not use. I had a faulty item, which I eventually managed to return. Instead of being apologetic for the inconvenience they took an aggressive and uncooperative approach including insulting my competence. Eventually they refunded only about two thirds of the amount I had paid. Very unsatisfactory. Oh, and don't be fooled into getting the "mystery box" - it was a random collection of cheap and useless tat
