“i ordered a few circlip pliers from them, and also decided to get a mystery box for £2.95, and im very very happy with it, the things i got are all easily £10 or £15, my favourite thing from the mystery box is a first aid kit with literally everything i need, never seen a compact first aid kit with more stuff than this one, and from a reputable brand! best thing is i wanted one for a while to keep in my car too! i really recommend Tooltime

“These people are scammers - do not use. I had a faulty item, which I eventually managed to return. Instead of being apologetic for the inconvenience they took an aggressive and uncooperative approach including insulting my competence. Eventually they refunded only about two thirds of the amount I had paid. Very unsatisfactory. Oh, and don't be fooled into getting the "mystery box" - it was a random collection of cheap and useless tat”
