Had no hot water for 2 days, did not let us shower at any of their other properties on the 1st day, we left the 4th day out of the 8 days we booked, Topvillas refused to refund money for the days we did not stay at the property. During COVID time, we were told to vacate at 10 pm if we wanted a refund after we mentioned we drove down 20 hours from NY.
