We are having family fly in from all over the country. We booked our house 1.5 years ago, and 2 weeks before, top villas cancelled with no explanation. So we got a replacement home through the company. Just found out that they cancelled AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous. Now we are scrambling! Zero customer support. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Cancelling twice for a group of 17 flying in from all over the country?! We’ve had this trip planned forever. Unacceptable

Our family vacation were in July, I called about the air that read 77 degrees the entire stay. I rented two grills and only one worked and it’s taking a hard time to get reimbursed. Parking space is insane. The home was nice, but for the price we paid we shouldn’t had to complain about anything.

My family and I stayed at champion Gates 139. When I tell you we had to spay for Bug outside on the table I don’t know if it’s was bedbugs or what the outside lounge couch was ridiculous it was rundown change of colors just horrible. The dryer linen backup contains the dirt in the lint vent was torn up. Clothes couldn’t get dry been washing and drying all day. We we are here until July 1 to July 8. I contacted Topvillas guest experience. No one came by to do nothing. This is horrible. Don’t nobody rent this unit. It is horrible mold in the bathroom dirty the towels. We have to go out and buy towels. Be careful when you rent these villas they are a different look on the Internet, I called yesterday which was Monday when I arrive. We yet to see someone it’s Tuesday night at 12:30. Midnight I’m texting this. This is unacceptable. Please be careful when you rent these villas. Here’s the video

Customer service is great when they are taking payment for something from you however when you are at your villa and have an issue that is a different matter. We had a basket of towels left in the property which o asked on several occasions to be taken away. This didn't happen and then they said we had left stained towels in the property and they would be taking money from our deposit. They didn't supply the extras we paid for and we had to chase them up at least 6 times before we hit we paid for (a cot which I would have sent to the tip it was in that bad a state). I could go on.... needless to say this was a poor experience all round and I would never book with them again .

Arrived with no pool heat and was told we needed to pay extra for it (we had paid for it). Took a few days to turn it on, then hot tub jets were not working. Took about 4 days to get everything going and pool was still not warm. This time of year, that's a must. We ended up not using the pool at all during our entire stay. We were expecting it to work at the start of our stay.

Rented WINDSOR HILLS 1004 2/7/24. House is not as it is advertised. Paid for additional for heated pool, was not heated entire stay have called several times but no refund received. Many tv’s did not work. House had several issues, took pictures as documentation. Buyer Beware

Worst customer service, took 3 weeks to be told no problem we could switch only to pick new dates and be told never mind you cannot and u have to forfeit your $1100 deposit

If I could give this site a review it would be negative 5! Do NOT rent any air BNB from Top Villa. I rented a place that had serious issues. Oven door shattered so we couldn't use the oven. The lights didn't work in 1 room, the wifi didn't work as advertised, all 5 TV provided had issues. Remotes didn't have backs to them, toilet paper holders falling out the wall and the pool was dirty. On top of being in harmful situation due to the lack of proper management of the inspections prior to arrival. We rented a grill for the duration of our stay, which we also paid extra for. When we arrived to our house there were 2 grills. Top Villa states they are professionally cleaned and inspected. It also states this on their page. One grill immediately upon igniting, the grill tank caught on fire. Engulfed in flames. When we called to report it they sent out maintenance men who told us they don't know who's grill was there because it did not belong to them. The line had a leak and thankfully we acted fast and used the fire extinguisher. After contacting them several times, they were UNWILLING to compensate us to our rightfully earned refund. We even asked for a portion and not a full amount and they still not not care that the constant issues day after day ruined our family vacation. In regards to your response, you were not willing to be helpful. You disregarded that our experience with you was poor . The glass was not cracked, It was broken pretty badly. If I could submit the pictures on here, I would have. You are the company who rented the house to our family. If you had another company you do business with that provided the 2nd grill there it was your responsibility to make sure it was in a safe and working condition. The wifi worked but kepy cutting on and off. Which I also have a screen shot showing this and submitted it. The pool was filthy. No response to that. The toilet paper holder was hanging by one side. Came right out the wall every time you went to get toilet paper. You provided a game room with no working light, that took 4 days to fix and the remotes to the xboxes did not have backs so it couldnt be used. You wanted to refund us a little over 250$ it's unacceptable to us. I will make sure everyone who is looking to rent from you guys, that TOP VILLA does not hold up their end of the contract up. Not only did you want to refund me a little over $200, you also asked me to sign a paper stating I would not put bad reviews up and refer to Top Villa on social media. Reviews are meant for issues exactly like this. If I can help another family then I feel better about it. No one should waste money and time in investing in looking to rent a airbnb from Top Villa. This is was our first and last experience. Your company made excuses as to why things didn't work and why they are fine. I have videos and pictures. This site may not allow me to post those but I will 100% share my experiences with your company and the unwillingness to make the customer happy. I will also continue to share and find a site to submit the pictures and damages the house was found in.

My family and I rented a home from top villas. solterra resort 68, address: 7655 oakmoss loop. the home accommodated our family, but, during the night ants started coming from everywhere, under the bed, in the bed, on the dresser, in the bathrooms, in the showers, kitchen, living room, even the patio. No one on the second floor experienced any ants. The refrigerator didn't cool had to throw away some meats. We call guests services to come down to service our ploblem, we waited all day and know one came down. Later on we found out that where the garage can is there are lots of ants. we later installed ant traps in order to get us thru the week. Then on the last day of check out we were ask to call in a half hour before you checked out so as someone will check the house to make sure that everything was good, and know one came down.

Rather than rant, here is a list of challenges and when/if they got fixed... NO RUNNING HOT WATER! Consistent smell of gas – initially resolved when neighbour’s pool heater found to be faulty – smell returned and found to be ongoing issues with pilot light at address – never fully resolved. Engineers said this was a “dangerous situation” to be living in. No hot water – during our 14 nights we had running hot water for a total of 3 days. Crib not available upon arrival – addressed next working day. Games room not fit for purpose – driving simulator repaired then became faulty again; shoot ‘em up game faulty and not repaired; dance machine faulty and not repaired. Games in childrens’ bedroom – one console had only one joystick – not repaired. Downstairs guest bedroom – fan and A/C not working – not addressed and still faulty. Hot tub not working – addressed on 2nd day. Outdoor Bluetooth not working – maintenance engineer unable to rectify. Pool alarm faulty – replaced within 24 hours. Rudeness of the Maintenance Company – after being advised to contact the maintenance company directly (on 2nd or 3rd day) they explained that despite my children being 4 and 1 respectively that “at least they had water” when I explained that no hot water was present. Time Wasted – at least 30 emails and multiple calls, throughout the day, meant it was an ongoing distraction. False Promises – on two separate occasions it was offered that a change of villa was being explored – this was NEVER acted upon and therefore never offered to us despite the litany of challenges.

I rented a 6 bedroom, 5 bath home in Championsgate Florida. My complaints include; a couch so ripped you could not sit on it, disgusting and dirty carpet and walls, a game room with no working games, broken patio furniture, a bath that wouldn't drain, a leak in the ceiling. I complained on the 1st day and received only band aid fixes. I won’t rent through Top Villas ever again, they will not address issues. As a consumer i am renting off of photos and reviews, the photos on their websites are false advertising.

Please do not book from TopVillas. we stayed at house 163 from windsor Island. We had a horrible experience with the home we rented from bugs and flies in the house and pool. Oven not working. Air not working. 6 pool towels for a ten bedroom home. They were not responsive and said its the management company. They took no responsibility for the issues. Please save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

We stayed at Somona 44 the house was clean, but we didn't have wash clothes, when I called about them, they said they don't supply wash clothes. When you got ready to take a shower you had to let the water run a few minutes before you could take a shower or wash dishes. The carpets were nasty and lots of spots. The kitchen had 2 refrigerators one of them didn't work well barley got cold. The stove had one of the big eyes that didn't work, and the oven only cooked well when you put the over on 400 or 500 degrees. The TV worked the 1st day but the next day the cable was turned off and when we called the office, they said they would check into it, but no one ever came. Looked like they didn't pay the cable bill so none of the room had TV access. We had to use our own hot spot to watch TV, we called about not having a dustpan they said they would bring one but never did. Top Villas only takes the payments but don't stand behind the houses or the problems with the property. I would advise anyone looking for a vacation house not to use Top Villas.

We were devistated. We planned a getaway of a lifetime. A last family trip. On the day we were leaving we callex to get the code for our rental property and learned the owner cancelled our reservation. We had special needs? two small dogs a grandson and our 2 grown children. We had no where to go and tried endless calls only to find nothing. Needless to say our entire vacation was ruined We will never use this comany agsin. Karen the agent we worked with was very kind. She did her best to see if she could help but it was fruitless Ty for trying Karen. My husband is at the end ogf his life and this trip was gping home for him Being with family togethet in his favorite place. He wont get this chance again. Its heart wtrntching?!!!! Reimbursing us is only a part of making things right. You have no idea!! This was to be our Christmas.

There were ants all over the floor, in every single bathroom in the house and even in the kitchen. As I was about to take a shower I saw a cockroach come out from under one of the cabinets. They had BARELY any towels and the ones they had were absolutely FILTHY!! TERRIBLE customer service. Stay AWAY from top villas. Do NOT let them RUIN your vacation, and TAKE your hard-earned money. BEWARE!!!

Count the number of face towels when you get there. They will fine you for every little thing like putting thermostat below 72 degrees or not putting garbage in black trash bag. AC didn’t work, internet was down, pool had dead ants, advertised games in the game didn’t work, slow Plumbing drain. All these issues were brought to their attention. They offered no refund and instead held deposit money. Suggest you pick another property management to rent from.
