Top villa took my booking approx 10 weeks before my family holiday. A family member noticed the villa available some of our stay on another website, I asked my contact at Top Villa. No reply. I asked again. It took over 2 weeks for her to come back and say they had not secured the villa. Now with 6 weeks to the holiday having paid them $7,200 plus $1,500 deposit, booked flights to Miami, they told me 48 hrs ago they are looking at other villas and sent awful options I would not even book. Now they are ignoring my emails. I would not recommend this company for a stress free holiday. I'm waiting on a manager call back which I presume I will be chasing.
