First off, I would like to say this is a beautiful home however, I am not having the desired vacation experience, since I've been here around 4:40pm yesterday. There has been too many minor problems to ignore. The tv remote outside in the pool area does not work for the tv. Speaking of tv's, Im not sure if the remotes in each room were either programmed correctly or if they're just not in the designated room because they dont work. I mean most of the remotes dont even have back covers to them, leaving batteries exposed. There's one with tape over it haha. Game room which is nice, but none of the console controllers work for any of the consoles( even tried to our own controllers and still didnt work). The fan with the two blades in the Master bedroom downstairs shakes vigorously when in operation. In that same bedroom, the light bulb in one of the lamps is broken we dont even want to attempt to turn the lamp on. The projector in the theater room, (which was a selling point on renting this house) you have to manually turn it on and when selecting a movie, it intermittently power down. And lastly, when paying extra for a freaking grill, it would be nice to have propane in the tank. *update* the next morning, they had a guy come and test the chlorine..why wasn't that done prior to our arrival?
