Top Villas informed me just 17 days before our trip to Florida that the villa we had originally booked was no longer available. Due to the short notice, our options for alternative accommodations were very limited, and we ultimately had to settle for a lower-quality villa at the same price. Additionally, Top Villas mishandled our park tickets, initially informing me that the cost would be £2.5k higher than expected, only to later admit—two days later—that this was a system error. By that point, I had already canceled the order and purchased tickets elsewhere. Our trip was meant to be a special celebration for a milestone birthday with eleven family members, yet Top Villas failed to take responsibility for their mistakes both before and after our trip. They showed no empathy for the inconvenience they caused and made no effort to acknowledge their errors
