We have booked for party of 12 to Orlando. Dates are 4-9 April 2018. Paid funds however no information regarding property has been given to include, most importantly, the address. No info has been communicated as to the way in which we will get into the residence. Please help!!

Dear Shelley, Villa information packs are typically sent 7 to 14 days before the arrival date. This is when the unique entry code is issued. Regarding your stay, the information pack was issued on March 22nd 2018, ready for your check in on April 4th 2018. We hope you had a wonderful stay in Windsor at Westside.
