If I could give a NEGATIVE star I WOULD, because giving them 1 star is more than they deserve.!!
Terrible customer service & poor communication, so I booked a Villa & the next day was told that it was SOLD, was given other properties to consider, but none of those were what I wanted, all of them required me to put and additional deposit down (after already putting a deposit on the original property).
Now I'm getting the runaround about my refund.!
If you don't want to deal with a million transferred calls & excuses, then my advice is: STAY AWAY.!!!
