Our experience mirrors some of others only we arrived in Orlando to find we could not access our Villa the Villa they put us in was an absolute disgrace we refused to stay in it and to date we have not had a refund for the Villa. Included are pics of the filth and Below average sun standard Villa they thought we would live in for 2 weeks .
The service in resolving is a joke the company absolutely 100 percent do not care about their customers experience.
