I just spent a large amount on a holiday and was due circa £600 cashback.
Just been told the claim has been rejected, suprise, suprise.
They are blaming everything under the sun, but literally you can't win.
I was even given the small print to read.
Stay well clear everyone, they are advertising one thing and your being mislead when it comes to paying out, i think they forget, that's the only part we the customers are Interested in and it is their job to make the process work, not ours.
I am closing my account, please do the same, they don't deserve to be in business.
