Purchased Swinton insurance in 2023 got cashback but needed to push them to get, in 2024 purchase agai but been cancelled stating there not met terms and conditions of Swinton insurance but it was successfully confirmed for 6moth bot of them and then they just cancelled with not feal reason. I requested to provide proper breach of terms and conditions but they just provide link with terms and conditions to read my self, even after reading them i didn't find making any breach so requested agai provide with proper breach but no answer given just link again. So basically they scamming people by promising high cashback and in the end of insurance policy they canceling this. Thisis how they get more customers. First, in one day I log into my account to view about my cash back for the order I made via topcashback.com but I cannot login even I reset password. I don't know what going on with my account, I don't receive any email from them.
I contact them to ask about problem, they require me provide all information about my order, my info even my private document passport. I sent all as require and waiting 7 days to receive the final result is "illegitimate or abusive transactions", all cash back from my account removed and I sure it transferred to their bank account.
I require to show proof for "illegitimate or abusive transactions" but they don't say anything about that.
I don't know topcashback is a REAL or FAKE cash back service!
Don't email anything untill member contact about the problem.
Don't show any proof and just say "illegitimate or abusive transactions" to get cash back of members.

I connected my princess Cruise purchase through this site because of a 3.15% CashBack offer. I checked back several times over the next 10 days, but my purchase never showed up as being tracked, and I rechecked that the offer was still in place each time I checked. Attempting to file a missing Cashback claim, I was informed I needed to file a customer support ticket for this vendor instead. The customer support person decided the best way to handle my situation was to deny any Cashback offer existed, and that none had existed since 2021 - oh, but a new offer just started today in case you check for the offer again ...”
“I placed an order with topcashback back in November for £20 per month for 12 months with now TV broadband and they promoted a cashback of £76.50, the order for broadband went through the notification appeared on topcashback showing the £76.50 cashback so had to wait, chased a couple of times with topcashback when I would be entitled to this cashback above and I waited 183 days then had notification from topcashback that the offer had been declined without any reasoning apart of a load of lies from the advisor, so spoke to topcashback they stated they never was given any reason by Nowtv why they declined so spoke to nowtv the advisor stated they don't have any dept that deals with topcashback so I am classing this as fraud and misleading advertising and promoting a cashback really they knew I was never going to get, so being lied to by topcashback and also Nowtv, I was advised to speak to CISCA in the morning to make a formal complaint which I am going to also I am going to contact the Rip off Britain programme as well and the news papers to get these two companies investigated as I would not be the only person who has been scammed by these two companies so anyone thinking of joining NOWTV don't they make promises that they don't keep and what makes me laugh is both companies have told me to contact the other company so round and round with no resolution to this matter and I have asked topcashback for a deadlock letter not waiting another 8 weeks to be fobbed off again diabolical both companies don't use these as they will scam you as well with false promises they will never keep”
