“Topcashback used to be a hit or miss cashback site before 2024 and now nothing ever gets tracked. I did a pretty large purchase last year in 2024 and it didn't get tracked right away which usually means that it'll never get tracked on these cashback sites. Of course they tell you to wait a couple months before submitting a claim so you'd either forget about it or they'll just tell you that you didn't do it right and that they're denying you ever went through their links for the purchase.
I've done multiple purchases when they had their bonus offers only or the cashback to never track so I don't get the basic cashback nor the bonus they promised! I'd rather take less cashback from a different site than to take my chances with Topcashback again, which has never tracked lately. I've tried both the apps and the desktop browser, both with all pop up ads disabled and they never track. I have tons of screenshots and e-mails from these purchases but it means nothing to TCB. I'll never be using it again and have withdrawn my entire $1000 balance.”

Shocking customer service - when you follow a process and think everything is ok, they do not help and wash their hand of you. Do not use - if something goes wrong they do not care about you. “I am not happy at all how customer service at TopCashback deals with its customers. I took out an ISA for my wife and I hoping to get the incentive payments for the ISAs taken out. A week later TopCashback sent out an email that the have closed my account as I have breached their T&C. No further reason given and despite me sending an email twice I have not received a response. On top my wife and I have been charged GBP 50,- each by the ISA provider as we had to pay early exit fee for the ISAs taken out. I would give them 0 stars if I had the option.”
“Great company. Website is so easy to follow. We now buy all of our products via Topcashback (car and home insurance, electrical appliances, anti virus software, holidays etc). Just renewed car and home insurance and received £82 cashback. Bought last years family holiday and have just had £147 payout.

“Used to pay out but now any purchase I have made over £100 is declined and I receive a vague excuse. Eg order cannot be traced (when I have provided order number etc. Cashback was delivered to 'another company'. Or where they pay less and say it's ex vat. It's extremely dodgy now and I have just uninstalled the plug in on my chrome. If you want to save money, get it at checkout and do not rely on this company to pay out. They only do for small value stuff now.”

Purchased Swinton insurance in 2023 got cashback but needed to push them to get, in 2024 purchase agai but been cancelled stating there not met terms and conditions of Swinton insurance but it was successfully confirmed for 6moth bot of them and then they just cancelled with not feal reason. I requested to provide proper breach of terms and conditions but they just provide link with terms and conditions to read my self, even after reading them i didn't find making any breach so requested agai provide with proper breach but no answer given just link again.
