I am not happy at all how customer service at TopCashback deals with its customers. I took out an ISA for my wife and I hoping to get the incentive payments for the ISAs taken out. A week later TopCashback sent out an email that the have closed my account as I have breached their T&C. No further reason given and despite me sending an email twice I have not received a response. On top my wife and I have been charged GBP 50,- each by the ISA provider as we had to pay early exit fee for the ISAs taken out. I would give them 0 stars if I had the option.
