Despite paying for the premium service, the first draft of my CV was a complete mess, failing to address any of the feedback provided by Top CV themselves. Instead of highlighting my extensive experience and skills at a director level, they downgraded my profile to a junior position, which is unacceptable. After several back-and-forth drafts, they marked the service as completed without any improvement. I have tried multiple times to contact their support team, but I have received absolutely no replies. This has resulted in a significant loss of both my time and money, leaving me with a subpar CV and nothing to use for job applications. This experience has been absolutely disgraceful. Top CV needs to take responsibility and rectify this situation immediately. I demand a full refund or a proper revision of my CV that accurately reflects my career level and achievements.
