My shipment arrived damaged and with a key part missing that must have fallen out of the damaged box. I jerry-rigged it using my old supports to make it work. I later contacted Top Drawer Furniture to let them know and not ask for anything in return. I only wanted to let them know the packing used for shipping was not strong enough for the product being shipped. Shortly thereafter, I heard from Top Drawer Furniture and they were more responsive and accommodating than ever expected. They are truly a customer centric business.
