My stools arrived with one that had a cracked top. Joan from customer service was quick to reply. I saved packaging tho king they would let me ship the damaged one back - I was informed that they wanted me to send both back even tho one was perfect. I could have managed one by myself but never both as they are heavy. I declined their offer for $20 because I couldn't get damaged one fixed for that amount and I'm hoping it won't get worse over time
