The customer service is excellent. My account was activated much faster than i expect. Price is very very reasonable. Video lectures are just like the teacher is sitting right in front of you. Everything is explained very well. Notes and tests are fantastic. FLPs are also included. What else can we demand in such a reasonable and wonderful package. I am very satisfied with the overall experience using top grade for MDCAT preparation. Tests are great as there is timer as well. Self evaluation is also a great option as it helps in preparing the weaker points.
