Online order - they refused to rectify the situation and took no accountability.
Ordered a pair of suede shoes that deteriorated rapidly (looked like they had been put through a blender after 2 weeks of office wear). I understand some products are just poorly created but the fact that the company refused to do anything about this was unbelievable. Stay away from Topman if you're purchasing anything that you may end up wanting to return for any reason.
