Went into the Friars Walk, Newport store on the 13th and 15th February for the first time using Topman. Went in to buy a last minute Valentines Day gift with my toddler who wasn't a happy bunny, making a stressed out Mummy. The service I received on both days from Harrison was exceptional. He was helpful, friendly and used initiative when serving me and I left feeling a lot less stressed and valued as a customer not just another number on the Tilly. Thank you!
