Customer service was very good but we had expensive tiles that we bought in August . The problem is we have only just got a tiler and we have 5 packs over . Went and took them back today, they wouldn’t refund or do a credit note as you only have 6 weeks to return . Baring in mind the waiting time for tilers today is a long wait so the least they could do is give a refund or credit note . Not a happy customer
