“We went to the Sutton Road Maidstone branch today to buy some bathroom floor tiles. We had really helpful service from Rob and Kyle, they were friendly, knowledgeable and suggested a couple of additional options we hadn't thought of. Great service, thanks”

“When i went to purchase tiles at the end of 2025, the salesperson was Ryan. He was excellent in his approach, knowledgable and professional. Just been to collect the order and again, Ryan was there and sorted out our tiles and helped with loading. Would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.”

“Paid £2,800 to @toppstiles for paving slabs due Friday – no delivery, dismissive store manager, passed to subcontractors. Builders (£5k) wasted, garden dug up, 6 tons of materials blocking driveway, wife’s health affected. £10k+ project ruined. Don't buy from Topps tiles. Once they have your money, they don't care.”

“I visited Topps tiles in Penge and was greeted by excellent helpful staff kate and kellie kate was so helpful in helping me choose a colour and suitable tiles for my needs after searching many other stores even called me to suggest another tile she came across that she thought I would prefer ! That’s what I call good customer service she was spot in and helped me make my decision after weeks of searching elsewhere such lovely helpful young ladies I wouldn’t hesitate to recvomend that store ! My tiles are now laid and they look amazing thank you kate and kellie for your help Vicky francis”

“I went to Topps Tiles , Prince Avenue,Southend with no clue what to do. Jacob, was so help full and friendly, talked me through what to do and how to do it. He recommended three tilers, which I used his recommendation. The tiler was Fabulous. I'm so pleased I used Topps Tiles and a big thank you to Jacob, my kitchen looks great,I'm so pleased with how it looks. Mandy.”

“I went in to the martlesham branch today and was delighted to be served by Ryan who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about helping me choose suitable tiles for a project I am currently working on, after visiting lots of different tile and bathroom shop he was definitely the best I have encountered . “We undertook a major renovation project—tiling 7 bathrooms and around 100 square meters of our ground floor. We purchased everything from Topps Tiles, assuming we'd receive some level of flexibility given the scale of our order. The tile quality was just average, nothing special. The real issue came when I tried to return three unopened boxes of tiles. I was told returns are only accepted within 30 days. Pawel, the store manager of Raynes Park branch flatly refused to take them back, despite the obvious fact that large projects like ours take more than a month to complete. It’s a completely unreasonable policy that shows no understanding of how real renovations work. The leftover tiles were of no use to me, and since they refused the return, I simply left them there—free tiles for Topps, I suppose. It felt like the only way to make a point. I won’t be shopping there again, and I’d strongly advise others—especially anyone doing bulk renovations—to think twice before buying from Topps Tiles. Their rigid return policy and lack of customer care make it a poor choice.”

“I visited the Launceston store and didn't really know where to begin in choosing tiles. Sean was very helpful and acted as a sounding board. There was no sales patter, just very genuine and friendly assistance. I subsequently rang up to order and Amy was equally helpful, guiding me through how many tiles and the quantity of grout to order. Going into a Topps store is always a good experience (I have visited three locally). They are consistently friendly, attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy. It feels like a trusted place to buy.”

“Your staff at Topps Tiles are friendly and welcoming they are willing to help you find what you’re looking for. I came to Topps Tiles looking for some tiles for my bathroom a lovely young lady called Athena came over and asked very politely if I needed any help as I couldn’t find what I was looking for Athena found what I was looking for straight away she was very helpful and made my shopping stress free. I would highly recommend Athena and your staff to a friend..”
