I visited the Launceston store and didn't really know where to begin in choosing tiles. Sean was very helpful and acted as a sounding board. There was no sales patter, just very genuine and friendly assistance. I subsequently rang up to order and Amy was equally helpful, guiding me through how many tiles and the quantity of grout to order. Going into a Topps store is always a good experience (I have visited three locally). They are consistently friendly, attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy. It feels like a trusted place to buy.
