An awful website, impossible to order free samples, needless to say, I will go for retailers who offer this opportunity.

Disgusting customer service tried to buy tiles that were marked down in price but when I went to pay the salesman said that although the price was clearly marked it must have been a human error and refused to sell the tiles at that price I contacted topps tiles and I was told it was down to the individual stores discretion whether the honoured the price needless to say I won't be buying from there again and suggest nobody else should

Horrible experience, 5 days delayed from the date of promised delivery and when the goods arrived, tiles were all damaged. No apology nor refunds of the damaged goods or my builders costs. Chased ToppTiles each day and each day got a different story. Recommend going else where!

They’ve lost the plot over Covid. You can’t go in to buy, have to get sent some ridiculous link to pay which takes 20minutes. In store staff can’t help nor can telephone staff. Even though the product is sitting on the shelf I have to go through a ridiculous process to buy it So frustrating

I can't describe how bad is this service, including customer service responses, store service, quality of their materials and the prices. WARNING: be really careful what you order, because there isn't refund at all. I ordered stuff for thousands of pounds and most of the materials were with really low quality, but I saw that when we started placing them. Also half of the items were delivered wrapped in kitchen foil (maybe second hand stuff). When I ask to be refunded for some of the products, they didn't even bother to reply to all my complains and I had to chaise them months. Finally somebody replied with some silly explanation about refusing my refund request. I will NEVER order from this company again

Topps tiles have really left the construction industry in the lurch . As soon as the lockdown occurred they simply shut up shop whereas Homebase stayed open, B and Q, wickes, screwfix all set up click and collect etc I think Topps have really let down the construction industry over this.

apparently Topp Tiles no longer stock a range of tiles in the 22cm x 15cm size Why Not!!! I am not prepared to re tile my whole bathroom for the sake of requiring 50+ tiles to match up with my exiting tiles searched web site told the size required no longer stocked

AVOID AT ALL COST! TOPPS TILES IN REGENT ROAD SALFORD - SOLD "IMPERFECT TILES" AT FULL PRICE! TOPPS TILES- THEY DON'T QUALITY CHECK THEIR PRODUCTS!!

Poor quality customer service, I was looking for around 25 sq mtr floor tiles, adhesive, grout & door threshholds (so Im talking about £1000+ sales here) but the sales people were only interested in unpacking their days delivery and couldnt be bothered to help out with my queries " they are all on display" was all I got in response to their confusing pricing display. I walked out and bought my tiles from a competitor.

Warning: Topps tiles import from overseas and often arrive with significant delays. Furthermore, there is also no guarantee when they arrive that they will be reserved as the 360+ stores nationwide only attempt to place their individual orders (rather than pre-allocating these) when they arrive in the country. Our tiles were scheduled to arrive 5 weeks late then further delayed. 30% of tiles arrived broken and then after saying they would pick them up, I personally had to return all the faulty packs of tiles as they weren’t picked up despite requesting this and wouldn’t offer a refund unless they were returned. Use a different retailer. We used the tile shed and they were shipped from Italy, 8 days they arrived with free delivery. Be very careful even if they say their products are in stock as this is inaccurate and fictitious!

Spent £800 at Topps tiles in Torquay store, was told any surplus items could be returned. Returned 1 item for refund, what a change in attitude, met with an angry member of staff who was the rudest shop assistant I have ever come across, he followed us out of the store and was glaring at us trying to intmidate us, the manager was standing there and witnessed it and thought it was ok for a member of his staff to intimidate a customer. Customer services have still not made contact after 2 days, they obviously condone this kind of behaviour by one of their employees.

Very poor customer service, recently spent nearly £2000 with them for tiles in two bathrooms that were the same tile but in a different colour. I was over on one colour by 2 packs and under on the other by 5. They would not take back the surplus tiles and exchange for the other colour as over 60 days since purchase. Despite the fact that the tiles are still an in stock item and I still needed to purchase additional packs

After going into the Tunstall store with a drawing with all the measurements of the bathroom .A member staff worked out what tiles we needed. After having the tiles fitted we found out that were 50 % short .So original cost of £500 is now over £1000 .They under estimate so you have to buy more ,the manager is not interested at all ,even after informing me the member of staff was a trainee.

Unacceptable service ! After visiting the Tunstall stall we enquired on some expensive bathroom tiles .We told the sales person that we had a budget of £500 ,we proceeded to give the member of staff with a details drawing of the bathroom with all the sizes .He told us what we needed and with purchased the tiles at the budget price .After employing a professional tiler to fit the tiles and 3 days in of the fitting of them ,he asked me where the rest of the tiles are ,he advised me that we needed the same again to which I was in total shock .I had no choice as I had a half tiled bathroom to purchase another £500 worth of tiles which I could not really afford .I brought this up with the manager of the stall and she told me she was sorry and the member of staff was a trainee .This is totally not acceptable and I suggested that it was a sales ploy that they under estimate the tiles to increase sales which this did by 100%.The complaint was sent to the head office ,the reply I got back was a offer of 15% off your next purchase. What a poor offer to resolve my disappointment with the service provided .After talking to several clients of mine that purchase tiles from the stall will be looking at alternative outlets .Very very poor service

Absolutely disgusting service from Leicester branch of Topps Tiles, I spent well over £4,000 on tiles. When I went to return some unopened boxes they made me jump through all kinds of hoops. They would not even look up the trade account without the original receipt. Disgusting behaviour from a company in 2017.
