The staff at the Watford branch went the extra mile to help me source a batch of tiles today. The store manager drove to another branch on his a day off to ensure I had the tiles before my tiler went away on a two week holiday.
The area manger should be proud of the efforts that all the team went to to help me during a very stressful 48hrs.
