Sales service good but when we wanted to return about 150 tiles we were told that they refund only unopened boxes. The tiles were a mixture of three colours and had been bought in lots collected from different stores, so not all were in full boxes to begin with. The sales staff assured me I could return unused tiles and so did the receipt. In reality they refused a refund me £100.
