The support team never responds during business hours or even after closing, and they are unable to handle your issue in a focused and professional manner. For me, it was an even worse position because there was very little you could do due to the badly constructed automated systems. Luckily, C_O_N_C_E_P_T_S_T_R_D_C_0_M came to my rescue and gave me my money back together with the profit in a matter of days.
