Customer service is absolutely great, I loved it! Very fast and comprehensive service. The only thing that threw me off with the order was that in your video it clearly shows that a vinyl decal is used to print, weed out and pressed to the t-shirts, which justifies the cost, in my opinion. However in my case this was simply printed on my t-shirt and pressed, so no vinyl, which makes the offer less valuable, because it won't last as long, and I was hoping for quality, since this is my product that I use for advertising. Suggestion - clarify this information on your website, so people could see before they order.
