I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I've used their services twice (both times sending flowers from USA to CA), and they were GREAT both times. Flowers arrived within a few hours of my order. The 2nd time, I had the flowers sent to my girlfriend's workplace, which is a fairly large office, and the delivery person got them to her no problem. She was super happy both times, and that was my goal.
