Called CS who said it had been left with concierge per notes and would call next day. Gift was found in next building 115 vs 125. I emailed to eat them know it was found but also that courier made mistake. Clearly got automated response that said sorry it was stolen but they are not responsible per policy. Very poor customer service. Won’t use again.”
“I ordered flowers well in advance of a family member’s 50th birthday. The flowers shipped on time and then proceeded to go by their house and sit for 5 days in another town. They still have not arrived. Toronto blooms will not do anything to make this right because apparently shipping is not their problem to be concerned with. I would caution people against using Toronto bloom. You will be hugely disappointed.”

As the recipient of this order, I can honestly say this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. My daughter went out of her way to plan something thoughtful for me, and instead of it being a surprise and a happy moment, it turned into frustration and stress because of this establishment’s carelessness.
First, the delivery instructions were clear, yet they were completely ignored. Instead of being brought to the front desk as noted, the order was dropped off somewhere else entirely. I ended up having to go around with my daughter , searching for it like it was a lost package. By the time we finally found it, the whole surprise was gone — and with it, the excitement of the gift.
Second, the tracking system provided absolutely no updates. There was no way to know where the order was or when it would arrive. My daughter spent the entire day anxious, calling and double-checking, all because the company doesn’t seem to care about keeping their customers informed.
Third, when my daughter tried to raise her concerns, she was met with nothing but “policy talk.” No accountability, no willingness to help, and no management available to actually resolve the issue. To me, that says everything: they are not in the business of customer service, only in the business of taking people’s money.
What makes it worse is that this wasn’t the first time. My daughter had a similar issue with them years ago and, despite giving them another chance, they failed again. That shows a complete lack of growth or care on their part.
From my point of view, what should have been a thoughtful, meaningful gesture from my daughter was completely ruined by this establishment’s negligence and refusal to take responsibility. I would not recommend them to anyone.

First of all, my delivery instructions were crystal clear — and completely ignored. Not once, but on multiple occasions. This isn’t a one-time slip-up; it’s a pattern. Drivers did whatever they wanted, leaving my order in the wrong place, which forced me to go on an embarrassing and stressful “treasure hunt” with staff just to find it. To make matters worse, this completely ruined the surprise I had planned for my mom. Imagine spending good money only to have the moment destroyed because the company can’t follow basic instructions.
The tracking system was useless. No updates, no transparency, just silence. I spent the entire day anxious and waiting, wondering if my order would even show up. I even took the extra step of calling the front desk to prepare them — yet it made no difference.
When I raised my concerns, instead of apologizing and making it right, they brushed me off with their “policy.” According to them, there’s no higher manager to escalate to, no accountability, and no solution. Translation: they simply don’t care. That is beyond unprofessional.
And here’s the kicker: I had already experienced this once before in 2022. I thought maybe it was a fluke back then, so I gave them another chance. Huge mistake. They failed again. That tells me this is not bad luck — it’s who they are as a business. They clearly value money over customer service, and that is truly sad.
If you’re considering ordering from this establishment, take my advice and don’t do it. There are plenty of businesses out there that will respect you, follow instructions, and deliver with care. This one? They’ve proven over and over again that they won’t.
Save your time, money, and sanity. Trust me, it’s not worth it.”
“Never in my life have I received such a disgusting, moldy, wrenching smell of flowers than my mother got from you today. Not to mention not delivering it to the right place and the recipient having to travel to go pick them up. If you can’t get flowers delivered to a certain place in decent condition, I suggest not providing such a service as that is appalling. You should be embarrassed. I only suspect a refund for this as I would kindly never use this service in Canada again.”
“I was extremely disappointed with the service and quality I received from Blooms Flowers.
My friend sent me a birthday surprise that included a bouquet and a cupcake — she paid extra for a beautiful arrangement with white and pink flowers and a sweet treat.
However, when the delivery arrived:
• There was no cupcake at all.
• The bouquet was much smaller than advertised.
• They sent only pink flowers, even though the photo clearly showed white and pink together.
This was supposed to be a thoughtful, happy gift, but instead it caused disappointment and frustration for both of us.
My friend paid full price for something she did not receive properly, and no one reached out to fix the issue. I would not recommend this service, especially if you’re ordering for a special occasion. They clearly don’t deliver what they promise.”
