I had several deliveries with these guys and gave them enough chance. First; one of my orders they delivered one day later and told me I was late according to their system. However even in the order the delivery date was displayed correctly. Second and last; They hesitated to reach me because it was a foreign number and has not delivered the flowers. Than asked additional 60 CAD to re-deliver! And when I ask for a refund, only partial they told me they can. If you need a reliable flower delivery, use doordash but not these guys.

My son has ordered roses for me on Mother’s Day. The roses were not fresh. I asked if I can return and they can refund money to my son but they refused. I sent the pictures of the flowers as a proof. Their price is high and flowers were not good.

I spent over $500 on five bouquets for Mother’s Day and only four showed up. Each box was labeled “1 of 4,” “2 of 4,” etc., clearly proving the fifth bouquet was never packed or shipped. I had also paid extra to include White Chocolate Heels in one of the bouquets that did arrive, and those were missing too. The order was delivered the day before Mother’s Day, but late in the day, and the shop was already closed. I called right when they opened at 9 a.m. on Mother’s Day. The woman on the phone said they could send a replacement bouquet another day — which is pointless when the occasion is that day. I asked if there was any way to get it delivered on time. She said no, but I could get a refund. I explained that didn’t solve the problem — I was now short one bouquet, and I was disappointed as the order was expensive and how important the day is. She insisted I send photos so they could contact the delivery driver, claiming it was likely their error. I said I’d send the photos but pointed out that the boxes were labeled “4 of 4,” meaning the shop simply failed to fulfill the order. She kept denying that and said she couldn’t guess what happened without the photo, and told me to send the email and wait for a response. I asked when I could expect a call back, and she said I would only get an email. I asked again when the email would come since it was the morning of Mother’s Day and I needed to know if I had to replace the bouquet, she then hung up on me without response. This is truly appalling behaviour, especially taking into account their prices. This is not a cheap shop. To make things worse, she gave me the wrong email address, so I got a bounce-back. I had to track down the correct one and re-send everything, explaining the entire situation again. Their response? Still blaming the delivery driver. Still no acknowledgment of how I was treated on the phone. No accountability. Yes, I got a refund but there was no apology of their own, just blaming the driver, no ownership of the mistake, and zero care for how upsetting this was. Pretending I can’t read “1 of 4,” “2 of 4,” etc., like I’m not using basic common sense to conclude it was never sent, is genuinely insulting. I also had to buy a replacement bouquet last minute on Mother’s Day, which ended up being more expensive than the original, just to make sure no one was left out. This was a high-cost, high-stakes, time-sensitive order and they mishandled it from start to finish. I will never order from here again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere. They are careless, dismissive, and take no responsibility even when they’re clearly at fault. Trust me and go order somewhere else, because this made Mother’s Day a chaotic mess!

The flowers "could" have been beautiful but they were delivered by mail. Seriously! Blooms said Canada Post was one of their couriers of choice yet no couriers ever came on the scheduled delivery date (we were home all saturday). Instead the flowers were placed in a box and sent to the local post office (which isn't even open on a saturday!) and I got a notice to pick them up at the post office FIVE days after they were scheduled to be delivered. No one attempted delivery at our VERY easy-to-find house. Who uses the post office as a flower delivery service. To top it off, when I called to ask the woman on the phone was rude.

We ordered rose flower box with macrons and a red velvet cupcake for our 92 year old mother in law who lives in Toronto in a retirement home. Forestview has 24 receptionist on duty and deliveries must be buzzed in and sign in. We included Mir 's apartment address and phone number. She never received the package because Patel, the delivery driver opted to leave pkg outside the building on a bench. And yes sent me a picture of the bench! And your senior customer rep Rita informed me ...the package was delivered to address ...we don't guarantee delivery to person. I wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot and Google.... horrible.

ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING....Toronto Blooms takes no accountability for the lack of service they provide. Flowers and Champagne were ordered as a gift for a special occasion. The order was placed in advance of the delivery date, the delivery was not made on the day it was scheduled for, it arrived a day after, the flowers were wilted and pretty much dead. According to the delivery tracker, these flowers were on route for 1.5 days!!! Customer service took absolutely no accountability and said sorry that that happened but there is nothing we can do.......seriously??? Do yourself a favor and DO NOT under any circumstances order from this company, save yourself the embarrassment and disappointment. How can they take a customers payment and not deliver timely and say there is nothing they can do...

DO NOT use this company if you want quality and or on time. I placed 3 orders for Mother's Day. One was delivered 2 days early, one was delivered in a garbage bag (see pic) and one was delivered one day late dead and destroyed (see pic). Total waste of money!

Scam!!!I placed an order for Mothers Day. Item was never delivered until the Monday after. I finally was able to get through to customer service and ask for refund. They said nothing can be done and refused refund. Am now going through credit card company for refund. Total scam. Do not use.

Probably the worst customer experience from a retailer that I have ever received - and I have done a lot of online shopping and gifting. They allow you to enter an international number as a contact for delivery, however they cannot call international numbers - and as a result, you are not contacted if there is an issue with delivery. Therefore, my gift was not delivered and I received no notification or refund, until I called them. When I spoke to their customer advisor, she was extremely rude and condescending - and told me that I either had to pay an additional $42 for delivery or get a partial refund, for a houseplant, which undoubtedly was brought back to the warehouse and delivered to someone else. I decided to take the refund and my business elsewhere. I expected more and was not only left disappointed but also frustrated, and disrespected as a customer. I highy recommend that you to take your business elsewhere - Blooms Toronto does not seem to care about your business, your delivery, you as a customer, or their level of service or product.

What a scam. Incorrect amount of flowers that I paid extra for. Colours were not as advertised and on top of that I ordered and paid for a Mother’s Day balloon that never arrived. The flowers arrived at 7:30pm. What a waste. Horrible. Would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible! Save your money and go buy your person flowers somewhere else. They’re very unreliable, they lie about their delivery which might come at midnight no problem after the whole day/celebrations are over. Despite you paying a lot for your order, there’s zero customer service and no one tries to even help or make sure you are satisfied. Happy to say I will never ever use this again. 0/5

I placed an order for the MOTHER'S DAY TRADITIONAL DOZEN STEM BOUQUET and selected May 11th as the delivery date. Not sure why I received the flowers a day before as now it has already lose a bit of its freshness. The box that the flowers came in were ripped at the top as well; delivery could have been handled much better. Cupcakes and the balloon were in a good condition though.

I was very disappointed in my order I sent for my sister birthday at first everything looked good with my delivery only to find out that they substituted the wine that I originally wanted for something else because they didn't have the one that I wanted . Nobody called me to inform me and let me know to see if there might've been something else that I wanted. not only that after my sister had sent me a picture of her opening her delivery. The flowers were very underwhelming for a flower boutique. I would expect way better quality flowers than sending somebody dead roses. This was just very unacceptable and I was thinking about ordering from them again, due to the slight mishap, but I will never order from them again for the price I paid they did refund me back $9.90 because they didn't have the wine that I actually wanted, which is crazy because I should just asked for a full refund at this point.very very upset

If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely disappointing experience. My delivery failed due to what the company claimed was an "incorrect address," yet the driver didn’t call the number provided or check with the clearly staffed reception desk. We received a notification that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful, and within minutes we called to understand what happened. Instead of resolving the issue, we were told they couldn't contact the driver and that my boyfriend would need to either pay another $50 for redelivery or accept a partial refund, minus $50. What kind of service is that? I DON'T believe the customer is ALWAYS right—but basic courtesy and customer service would have gone a long way. Receiving flowers is typically meant to be a joyful, celebratory moment—not a source of stress and unnecessary drama for both the sender and recipient. I wish we had read the reviews beforehand—turns out this kind of poor service is a recurring issue. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY!

Disappointing experience. My delivery failed due to what the company claimed was an incorrect address, but the issue could have been resolved if the driver had used the contact number provided or simply checked with reception. Their refusal to take responsibility and vague explanation about drivers not making calls was unacceptable.

They promise same day delivery, but there is a catch they won't tell you that your delivery might get to you after 11 pm or midnight. Such a waste of money and surprise that I planned

Terrible customer service. Their delivery employee did not go through an open door to a staffed concierge desk. Instead I am getting a PARTIAL refund and my friend does not get flowers. I tried to resolve directly but was consistently quoted policy. That is not how you treat customers when your employee failed to do their job.

Horrible experience. Delivery person did not attempt to deliver to concierge and then wanted an additional 60$ to re-deliver. They refused to provide a full refund to the sender, and never apologized during multiple email interactions. Such bad service I had to report to better business bureau. I order a LOT of flowers and this is the worst florist I have ever dealt with.
