I placed my order from USA. My order went through and in few minutes I got an email with message that they have found irregularities in my payment method and the order cannot be completed. They suggested alternate payment methods ,which I did not have. So I called their customer service and I was told the same thing. When I asked about specific irregularities the customer service gave me no explanation. He also informed me that the card is charged but they will not fulfill the order. We had a heated exchange and finally the order was canceled. Poor customer service and very disrespectful people. They just ruined my mood and all I was trying was get flowers delivered for a happy occasion. I do not recommend them to US customers.

Horrible experience with this business. Customer service is beyond terrible. They are scammers. This place is 100% a scam. Please avoid .

Terrible service, wish I read the reviews earlier. Ruined Christmas. Charged me and requested double the payment, held product until double payment was processed. I had to cancel the order. If I would have known it would have been so difficult to process I would have hand delivered flowers myself.

Absolutely and incomprehensibly horrendous. Customer service is all over the map. Finally I had to pay via interac--after no less than half a dozen incoherent emails claiming my "card had been flagged for high-risk behaviour" (For a 35$ bouquet, no less, friends! My card is fine, by the way.) And when I finally got confirmation that we were good to go, the ETA for delivery was 3 days later than what I paid for, which was already one day later than what was promised on the original payment page. Save yourself the trouble---go literally ANYWHERE else.

Poor service. I ordered Christmas flowers online for my-mother-in law on December 22. They were supposed to be delivered on the 23rd. Instead I received an email on the 23rd saying the order was on hold due to an incomplete address. However, while I was filling the order the system had recognized the address and prefilled it, so I assumed that email was spam and deleted it and marked it as spam. The next day (today, December 24 2024) I received a similar email (no idea how that was possible since I had reported the first one as spam...). I phoned the customer service number, only to be told that indeed the address was incomplete. I don't understand how that could have happened but anyway, I gave the full address again, only to be told that since the shipping deadline for today has passed the flowers will now be delivered AFTER CHRISTMAS! I am only hoping that that does not mean that they will actually have been sitting there since the 23rd and be delivered half dead 3 or 4 days later. I won't get my hopes up. I guess we will call my mother-in-law and explain the situation to her. This is so sad.

unbelievably terrible customer service. i ordered a buttercream cake for next day delivery. instead of just couriering it in a cab or something, they chose to ship via CanPar. so not a fresh cake has been sitting in a warehouse for 6 DAYS, still not delivered, and they refuse to refund me. it could literally make someone ill at this point and they still wont return my money. why would you sell FRESH FOOD this way if you can't make good on the delivery??? i feel like it is some kinda scam.

I placed an order two days prior to a friend's birthday. At 8am on delivery day I received an email saying the flowers were "enroute". I was glad she would get the bouquet that morning. At 7pm the flowers had not yet been delivered. You can't reach customer service by phone. You only have email as an option. According to customer service in their 7:45pm response, the local courier has until 8pm to deliver. This isn't stated anywhere on their website. Why the hell would i want birthday flowers to be delivered at 8pm on their special day? I would have chosen the day before delivery or taken my business to another company completely. 8pm comes and goes. I send another email requesting a refund on the delivery charge and a fresh bouquet to be delivered the next day. No response. The flower eventually arrived at 8:30pm. I get an email this morning telling me "we see the flowers delivered and sorry for the inconvenience but the courier was really busy". I ordered flowers two days in advance and paid a $20 delivery fee to have flowers delivered after festivities were done leaving a friend feeling like I forgot about her. I'm going to keep fighting for my delivery refund although I know it will fall on deaf ears. I do not recommend this company to ANYONE for ANYTHING!

I am extremely disappointed with the fruit delivery service. The order arrived late, and the quality of the fruits was subpar – many items were already bruised or spoiled. When I reached out to customer support, they informed me that they could not do anything about the issue because I did not complain within 24 hours of delivery. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially considering I live in an international country, and the delivery took longer than expected. How am I supposed to report an issue within 24 hours when the product arrived late, and I wasn’t able to inspect it immediately? It feels like they simply don’t care about their customers. I will never use this service again and highly recommend others to be cautious when ordering from them.

I just placed an Order with them, I’m staying in Dubai and it was for my uncle’s birthday staying in Canada. I received an email saying they can’t process the order and I should make the payment again in order to verify it’s me who has placed the order. I shared my card Details and my bank messages and still they forced me to make the payment again which I refused to do because this makes no sense to pay for the same order twice and wait for the refund in 3-7 days time. I find it Suspicious honestly, I had to finally cancel the order because this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any florists internationally, never faced the same situation even in USA and I won’t recommend it for people who’re paying from outside Canada at all. It’s a waste of your time and emotions towards your gift. Better choose some other website.

Fortunately, the flowers delivered were healthy and gorgeous. Unfortunately, the chocolate was poorly stored and deformed. Their customer service department refused to redeliver and did not offer a reimbursement.

I ordered a wooden planter on a metal stand with three succulents. A week late a tiny white bowl arrived with 2 sad succulents . When I got in touch with customer service they said it says in small print they could substitute an order .. this was certainly not an appropriate substitutution .. If I had read the reviews on trust pilot I would never have ordered from Toronto Blooms .. They charged extra for expedited delivery.. it arrived a week late , if I could leave no stars I would DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The Toronto Blooms accepted an additional fee for same day delivery, however didn’t deliver. They emailed me a confirmation of a previous order that I placed on year ago. The customer service representative was bad mannered and unpleasant. Also, never sent me any confirmation of the cancellation of the actual order. I would not use this company again and I don’t recommend it.

I placed an order with Toronto blooms for a flower to be delivered to my workplace. I gave them number so the courier could call me on reaching the office. I work in a big hospital and it’s impossible for me to be at the lobby when the driver comes. At about 4pm, I decided to call Toronto blooms to find out where my flowers were and they told me my flowers had been delivered. Apparently, their courier delivered my flowers to a random person. The front desk had no idea who this person was as they only left their first name. I have been fighting tooth and nail to get a refund since I didn’t receive my flowers and Toronto blooms has not been empathetic at all. I spoke to their supervisor as well. The only resort they gave me was to contact their courier- Canpar. First of all, I didn’t even do business with Canpar but I called them still and told them to file a claim. I have been going back and forth with Toronto blooms and it has been a very stressful experience. I would never order with them again and I advise you not to. They have a terrible customer service experience.

Worst service ever, I order and cake to be deliver next day, and it was derived at 9 pm next day. I received an email at 7 am that they shipped my order, take them 12 hours to deliver. when I called them they said the latest is before 8 pm, that was the last time

We received a bag of pink roses from family to celebrate our fortieth anniversary (of the day we met😊). We were initially pleasantly surprised and then, not so pleasantly surprised to see petals yellowing and wilted. 🥀 We pulled the dead petals off and insured water was in the moister block, yet within two days they fell apart. I called and, to no satisfaction, was told “flowers are perishable items“ and “ the policy is “we must get a call within twenty-four hours”, hence the review. I would not recommend #Toronto Blooms or #Blooms in Toronto as they do not provide quality, fresh product😔

Had an awful experience with this company. Customer service is no help at all and couldn’t explain or fix the problem. I had to go through unnecessary hassle, and my order never got delivered. Absolutely disappointing and a total waste of time. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other flower delivery services out there.

It was my friends birthday and she got engaged the night before so I wanted to send same day flowers to her for when she arrived back home from her travels. They delivered same day but to the wrong address. When I said, the picture you sent was the wrong house, they said we delivered to the address you provided. Luckily, my friend saw in a Facebook group for her area that her delivery was waiting at the completing wrong building (building 15 instead of 10). When I confirmed with the company that I know for a fact they delivered to the wrong address they said sorry won’t happen again. Not even an offer to refund the delivery…I had to text my friend to ask if she knew where this picture was and she had to figure it out and go pick up her own surprise. It won’t happen again, is right. I won’t be ordering again.
