Poor service. I ordered Christmas flowers online for my-mother-in law on December 22. They were supposed to be delivered on the 23rd. Instead I received an email on the 23rd saying the order was on hold due to an incomplete address. However, while I was filling the order the system had recognized the address and prefilled it, so I assumed that email was spam and deleted it and marked it as spam. The next day (today, December 24 2024) I received a similar email (no idea how that was possible since I had reported the first one as spam...). I phoned the customer service number, only to be told that indeed the address was incomplete. I don't understand how that could have happened but anyway, I gave the full address again, only to be told that since the shipping deadline for today has passed the flowers will now be delivered AFTER CHRISTMAS! I am only hoping that that does not mean that they will actually have been sitting there since the 23rd and be delivered half dead 3 or 4 days later. I won't get my hopes up. I guess we will call my mother-in-law and explain the situation to her. This is so sad.
